One long term project I have only just started to work on is a 100% locally grown, home-brewed beer. When I say locally grown, I mean really local, like my back yard local. Hops and barley grown in my soil, yeast harvested and cultured from the air, and water taken from the Sacramento River, just a short walk down the hill. I plan to keep this post as kind of a running update. When a new phase of the plan gets underway or progress is made, I will update it here.
